When you plug in to the free hub we collect your email address, your phone number, and your name if you give it. When you apply for the Circle we also collect your answers to the application questions.

We record how you arrived, meaning the campaign tag or referring site in the link you followed, and which products you open or download. That is how we know which content is worth making more of.

The library is free and your contact information is what it costs. We use it to send you material, to tell you when something new lands, and to respond if you apply. That is the whole exchange and we are direct about it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the services that run this platform, such as our hosting and database providers, and only so they can operate it.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Text messages are opt in. We only send them if you ticked the box, you can reply STOP at any time to end them, and message and data rates may apply. Consenting to texts is never a condition of getting the free material.

We set a cookie to remember that you have plugged in, so you are not asked for your details again on every visit. We set another to remember where you first arrived from. We do not run third party advertising trackers on this site.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold on you, or ask us to delete it, by replying to any message from us. We will confirm when it is done.
