This platform is operated by Cash Glitch Capital LLC, trading as Cash Glitch Mafia. Using this site means you accept these terms.

We provide educational material and software tools. We are not a credit repair organization and we do not perform credit repair services on your behalf. Our tools are operated by you, on your own consumer file, under your own signature.

We do not act as your representative or agent with any credit bureau, data furnisher, creditor, or collection agency.

Access to the education hub costs nothing in money. It requires a working email address and phone number. Sharing false contact details is a breach of these terms and we may remove access.

Applying for the Circle or for a build is free and commits you to nothing. We are not obliged to accept any application, and acceptance is at our discretion. Where an application is declined we will tell you plainly.

Do not resell, redistribute, or repackage our material as your own. Do not use anything here to make false statements to a bureau, a furnisher, or a lender. Do not use the platform to submit claims you know to be untrue.

We may suspend or end access for anyone breaching this section, and we will do so without a refund where a breach is deliberate.

The material is provided as is. We do not guarantee any score, any deletion, any approval, or any amount of funding. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
